FAQ

What to know before processing

Are compatible images re-encoded?

No. Automatic mode returns the original file when its real format, size, dimensions, aspect ratio, and transparency are compatible.

How are video and audio trimmed precisely?

FFmpeg decodes and re-encodes the selected range instead of cutting only at keyframes. Time inputs support millisecond precision.

What if the video frame rate does not meet the model requirements?

The tool reads the actual video frame rate. It preserves rates within the model range and adjusts others to the nearest allowed rate during trimming and conversion.

Do files leave this device?

No. Reading, conversion, trimming, and download preparation all happen in this browser.
